Sindh Police Announces Online Driving License Service

In a significant stride towards modernization, the Sindh Police has unveiled an online platform for the seamless issuance of driving licenses. Announced by the Deputy Inspector General of the Driving License Branch, this initiative is poised to simplify the process of acquiring and renewing driving licenses for the residents of Sindh.

Commencing next week, citizens will have the convenience of applying for new learner licenses, renewing existing licenses, and obtaining international driving permits through this user-friendly online service. The platform has been meticulously designed to furnish detailed guidance on the application procedure, applicable fees, and designated banks for fee payments.

Prospective applicants will be mandated to furnish medical fitness certificates and B-forms for both license renewals and permanent licenses. These documents, procured from accredited medical facilities, will ensure the authenticity of the medical evaluations conducted.

Moreover, there are deliberations underway to extend support to overseas Pakistanis in submitting their requisite medical fitness certificates and B-forms for international driving license renewals. This empathetic measure aims to cater to the needs of Pakistani expatriates who rely on maintaining their driving privileges.
