Islamabad to Install New York’s Times Square Like Digital Boards for Ads

During a recent meeting chaired by Mohammad Ali Randhawa, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), a decision was reached to revolutionize Islamabad’s advertising landscape with the introduction of digital advertising boards similar to those seen in Times Square, New York. This initiative marks a significant step forward in updating the city’s advertising practices, shifting away from traditional billboards and posters towards more dynamic and engaging digital displays.

Senior officials from the CDA and relevant departments convened to finalize the 2024 advertising policy. Chairman Randhawa underscored the urgency of implementing this new policy swiftly.
